Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of StoreInspect ("StoreInspect", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using a paid plan, you agree to these terms.

Service

StoreInspect provides Shopify store intelligence for lead generation and competitive research, including store profiles, detected apps, themes, pixels, traffic tiers, saved lists, CSV exports, and contact data where available.

Store and contact data is collected from public sources and third-party data providers. We work to keep the data useful and current, but no lead database can guarantee perfect accuracy, availability, deliverability, or business fit.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it updated.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid StoreInspect plans are subscription plans that renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose at checkout. Billing is processed by Stripe.

  • Pro trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Upgrades can take effect immediately and may be prorated by Stripe.
  • Downgrades and cancellations usually take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credits and Usage

Contact reveal credits and plan limits are set by your current plan. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Revealed contacts remain available to your account after they are revealed.

Trial and Credit Abuse

Free trials, promotional credits, and included usage limits are provided for one bona fide evaluation per person, company, and account. You may not create multiple accounts, use disposable or misleading email domains, evade technical limits, share payment methods to obtain additional trials, or otherwise attempt to receive more trial access or credits than permitted.

If we determine that you have abused trials, credits, or usage limits, we may deny or revoke trial eligibility, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke unused credits, combine related accounts for enforcement purposes, and require a paid subscription to continue using the service.

If you obtained access, credits, contact reveals, or other paid features through abuse or circumvention, you agree to pay the fees that would have applied to that usage under our then-current published plans or rates. We may invoice those amounts or charge an authorized payment method where permitted by applicable law, payment-network rules, and your payment authorization.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from billing settings. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period unless Stripe or StoreInspect confirms otherwise.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In general, unused renewal charges requested within 7 days are eligible for refund review. Periods with material product usage, such as contact reveals or CSV exports, are generally not refundable.

Acceptable Use

You may use StoreInspect for lawful business research, prospecting, and competitive analysis. You may not use StoreInspect to violate laws, send unlawful spam, harass people, resell raw StoreInspect data as a competing database, overload our systems, bypass plan limits, or access the service using unauthorized automation.

No Warranty

StoreInspect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any store, contact, traffic tier, app, pixel, or theme detection will be complete or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreInspect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, pricing, or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice.
